Q: How do I get started?

Q: Are the prices shown in EC dollars (XCD) or US dollars (USD)?

A: Our prices are shown in US dollars (USD). However our site is designed to show the prices in your currency, depending on where you are visiting the site from.  

Q: How do I change or cancel my order after it is submitted?

A: Once your order is paid for via our checkout page, you have 24 hrs to cancel. If there is something you want to change, notify us via email.

  

Q: I have some questions about my order - To whom should they be addressed?

A: One Caribbean Shop ‘N Ship is the gold standard for customer satisfaction. If you experience any problems with the fulfillment of your order please contact us at info@onecarbbeanshopnship.com

 

Q: Can I get express delivery on my order?        

A: Yes. Just make sure to mention this in either in the checkout area that allows you to leave notes for us, or you can email us at info@onecarbbeanshopnship.com. Please keep in mind that express orders do cost more, and your bill will be adjusted as such, prior to fulfillment of the order.

 

Q: Can I consolidate my barrel package with items I order from other sites?

A: Yes.

 

Q: What if I don’t have a credit card, can I still use your service?

A: Yes. We can accept money transfers via Money Gram or Western Union. We also accept bank transfers

 

Q: Where are you located?

A: We are based in South Florida. 

 

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information. You can also check the shipping departure and arrival time on our Countries and Rates page.

 

Q: Do I have to create an account?

A: While you don’t have to create an account, we highly recommend it because it will make it easier for you to checkout and when you return to the site for future shopping. Just follow the simple directions after clicking on the “sign up” button on the top right side of the home page.

 

Q: What countries do you ship to?

A: Check our “Countries and Rates” page to check for your country. If by chance your country isn’t listed, just contact us and we’ll quote you accordingly.
